Brain fog
Im suffering from brain fog. Almost as if i am intoxicated. Its better when I sit or lay down and worse when I walk around or do work. Some slight headaches but nothing bad. The back of my lower neck hurts though when the brain fog is bad and feels like the muscles are very overworked. Im not really Dizzy, I can remember things but I sometimes forget what im talking baout in middle of a sentence or forget a word. But the fog is whats bad, I can play my music or concentrate because it gets worse, and now recenlty (i dont know if its part of the same problem) im have heart palipatations.Ive tried Petroleum, pinus sylvestrias (spl?) because it started when I was cutting wood....anyway, no relief yet and its ruining my life

Than that's the reason for what you're experiencing. There's formaldehyde in pressed wood and plywood.
I have a separate thread up about Formaldehyde Toxicity because I've experienced it myself and still have residual effects from the first extended megadose.
My homeopath suggested Arsenicum Album 200c which had some success but didn't seem to last. I would keep in mind Sulphur 200c as that's one of the great remedies in Homeopathy. There is also a German company that has developed a homeopathic mixture which is specific to Formaldehyde exposure. The name of their product is 'Lamfitin' and their website is; http://Lamfitin.com/ Interestingly, most of the remedies in their formula correspond with Arsenicum Album, so I'm considering trying that again at a regular 200c dosage or stepping it up to the 1m dosage.

Well I ordered some of the stuff from Germany just now, I hope it works because Ive had this for 7 months now. Did yo uhave soreness in your lower back neck?

Most of my muscles, including my neck, felt like they were really tight. This was most evident whenever I would stretch and it would feel like they really stiff.

If you mean me, about 7-8 months give or take....and its constant. Sometimes its worse and sometimes its better but alwaysthere, and I diddevelop heart palipatatuons about a month ago but dont know if they are related? Thats about it...I did have alot of sinus infection but none for awhile now

This sounds like Lyme disease ... research Lyme disease and the homeopathics that go with this disease.. I have Lyme and I am taking Ledum 10m and Sulphur 6c ... also research ozone therapy, urine therapy and distilled water therapy to heal this.
