Dear Doctormy semen is thin and i am UN-healthy for my height . i am always under weight of my height. so please help me . how i am gain my weight and health and how i am density my semen ?

long days before i am started masturbation on per week 1 time and continue and that's time started nightfall average per week 1 time . but i am trying to stop masturbation and i am able to stop but our nightfall is not stop . i am hardly trying to stop nightfall but i am unable to stop. but i am under weight and UN-healthy of my height.i am wanted to stop nightfall and masturbation and i am wanted to gain weight and health.so please help me and advice me ,what can i do ? please do something.
