Please ask her to take a single dose of Sepia 200 if things don't settle down within a few days.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,
Her pain had reduced after sepia 200, but again now severe back pain has started, even arnica ointment is not helping her she says. She is also sleepless at night she says.

Please give her a single dose of Sepia 200 and see how that affects in 15 days.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,
Off and on she says she gets severe pain though not as severe as before she started your medications. Please suggest.

Sorry, i didn't notice you earlier post. There is no need to take any remedy if the pain goes away on it's own. She may take a single dose of Sepia 200 with a gap of at least 15 days if there is pain.

She should also see how a single dose of China 200 and Belladonna 200 affects her for pain. Only a single dose of the remedy may be taken.
