help my child is ill

hi i m nitesh kamal

my niece who is 7 years old she has the following problem after cold exposure

1.dry cough day & night but sometime cough in mouth

2. sometimes breathing too fast

3. fever slight

4. eye become red & has water on it

5. loose motion sometime 2 or 3 times.


plz advise

Please give her;

Kali Mur-6x and ferr.phos-6x
two grain each per dose, give him four times a day. If it is available in powder form then mixed up both medicines and give her teaspon after every 3 hours untill the symptoms vanashed.
