Son Problem. Mr. Kadwa please help

My Son is three years old. he is having very specific problem related to his nature.for example he takes pleasure in doing dirty activities like spitting on face of others, touching his finger with the anus and then touching someone with that finger and thereafter laughing. using abusive words.his memory is very sharp. he catches bad words very easily but when we say to use good words he refuses.i do not know how he manage to differentiate between good and bad words.

My son was having the habit of handling his genitalsway back in 2011. then i gave him hyos 1M( Apr 2011) and his problem was rectified. should i give him hyos 200 now. please tell
