Bleeding and uncomfortable stomach/rectum

I have had varying degrees of GERD at various points in my life. It comes and goes about (it started around 2.5 years ago). I'd like to get this addressed once for all.
I'm a 29 years old male - software professional. My work tends to be about sitting in an office chair for long hours.

One issue : I do not have food at specific times and my food-intake is not balanced. I'm continually constipated and would like follow a specific diet to avoid constipation. I would like to know specific fruits/vegetables that I'll have to include in my diet to avoid constipation.
I also happen to hear my stomach grumbling often (most of times in the early morning when I wake up) and I feel some pressure/pain when trying to pass stools (it kind-of burns when trying to push it out), which leads me to the other point. I bleed from my rectum, and it constantly feels uncomfortable/itchy. (The bleeding part has been going on for around 1-1.5 yrs but is on-and off).

Sometimes it bleeds less (1-2 times a week - when passing stools), and at other times
it bleeds more while passing stools (around 3 days continuously) and mostly observe a trail of blood in my underwear. I have also been uncommonly more flatulent in the last 3 months. For the last 2 weeks, I'm also facing lower back and upper-back pain. I would like to know what sort of exercises I'll have to go through for avoiding constipation and back pain.

I have seen Joe's remedy of Arnica 30c (wet dose) and Nat Phos 6x. I'm thinking about starting this. Would it be favorable for my GERD/constipation/flatulence/low back pain?

I have also seen Hamamelis 200C or Nux Vomica 200c (in the wet-dose) being prescribed for hemorrhoids. Would I have to take these as well, or do I just start out with Arnica 30c and Nat Phos 6x for now?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I also have to mention, I seem to have a bloated stomach and feel some pain (at random points) in the left as well as the right lower intestines. Lack of exercise is also something that I'm trying to work on sincerely.

Hi libra981,

Thanks for that, but is that only for addressing the hemorrhoids/bleed part?

Do I still go for Arnica 30C and Nat Phos 6x for the constipation /flatulence/GERD-like symptoms?

Dr. Joe,

Any inputs apart from the diagnosis by libra981?

I did take
Sulphur 200 (4-tabs morn)
and Nux Vomica 200 (4-tabs night)

for 2-weeks, and it did seem to be better fora while, but I'm having issues again. That medication is now over.

I have a lot of flatulence (gassy) and I seem to get blood (2-3 times a week, some small strings/globules) from the top part (it is always kind-of moist/watery).

Would some specific kind of exercise help?

Thanks for the prescription, libra. I will be starting it out shortly.

I must also mention, the blood seems to come from the upper part of the anal region (I'm not really sure of the anatomy, but it looks like the butthole is a bit lower down than that). It is also really sticky with blood there, kind -of looks like puss that would come out from a rash/boil. I'm not really good at explaining it, but wanted to paint as close as a picture as possible.

Question : How do I take Q/tincture? Do I need to dilute it? Is there a specific method?
