Dear Dhundhun, the pain and the redness in the eye is gone. I am just back to the symptoms i got with overdose of pulsatilla. are you sure this will help?

Did you ever use Sulph or Nux. Vom. to antidote Pulsatilla?

If not, I'd suggest Sul 30 in morning and Nux Vom 30 in evening for a week.

so i've been taking sulphur and nux vomica as suggested by you for the past week. There is a very slight improvement in symptoms. I am wondering whether i should continue ? Or can go back to chamomilia again to see how it works as chamomilia seemed to address the symptoms better.

Dear Dhundhun, It does not seem to be working. perhaps it is no longer a case of excess pulsatilla as i had in fact successfully antedoted the pulsatilla excess when the same symptoms returned spontaneously. I have no doubt it was the second dose of 50m pulsatilla that triggered it does not seem to be responding to any of the antedotes you suggested. When i thought i was responding to the 30m chamomilia, i think it may have been silicea 200 working as i just read that silicea works really slowly.

Do you think i could try a low dose of pulsatilla now and see whether it will work?

Pulsatilla works well in low potency also, 3x, 6x, 6, 12, 30. See, what lowest you can get. Try, three times a day.

For how long should i take it? Also are there a higher potency than 50m that could also be tried?

If this does not work, are there similar remedies to pulsatilla that might work?

Pulsatilla is used in highest potencies and it benefits. After 50m, it is cm(100,000), dm (500,0000) and mm (1,000,000).

The benefits of higher is not more compared to lower potency in case of Pulsatilla. So mostly 6 to 200 are in frequent use.

Use of higher potency in homeopathy to root-out disease, e.g. various suppression. Pulsatila is not of much use to pull suppression, so medium potencies are in much use.

I think you should take a break from homeopathy higher potency and use combination remedies. Rickeweg R58 is good for cleaning body and reducing edema by improving renal and cardiac functions. You can try that three times a day. Also you can add Kali Phos 6x tissue salt three times a day.

After three weeks use Rickeweg R53. This will help in reducing pins and needles. Also you skin will improve.

Dear Dhundhun, Actually I seem to be responding to the Chamomilia 200. I have taken three doses on alternate days. I was a bit slow to respond, but i i feel a change. Should I continue. What do I do next.
