I m 24 years old my weight is about 75 kg. height is 5 feet 2 inches. I m unmarried. I want to loss my weight urgently. I take walk about one hour daily but no effect. My belly and hips r fat. Plz suggest medicen to lose my weight urgently. I have constipation problem.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you walk at about 4 km/h for an hour, you will burn something like 300+ calories only. Now, if you consume far too much calories everyday, you may never reduce.

So, check your calorie intake, take wholesome meal with good fibers and vitamins but very less fats and oils. Some carb is required everyday.

To lose 1 kg of fat one needs to burn about 7710 calories. Get this math into your head and make your exercise plan.

Overweight and obesity are so common problems now a days. Thanks for sharing valuable suggestions. Eat clean diet and do proper exercise is key to loss weight loss.

1. GRAPHITES 30c daily 3 doses three times a day.
2. PHYTOLACCA DECANDRA Q 10 drops three times a day and fallow the above advise as well.
Plz report changes after 15 days.
