seven yr old with stomach pain
i am writing to ask for advice regarding my seven year old who is suffering with abdominal pains.my seven year old son had a bout of pain last year when he started with tummy pain accompnied by constipation.. and it stayed for five days doctors did his blood tests.all came out clear no sign of appendicitis.they called it gastro interitis pain.
this year he started again with normal abdominal pain around navel.he had this pain started 1st week of april again stayed for a week and out of five days two days go v severe .he cries with pain.
pain is quite sharp and radiates towards chest along with heart burn alot of belching and releasing wind (foul smelling).i gave him lycopodium along with gastro resistant tablets given by his gp.after around five days pain settled.every episode of pain lasts for almost week. and some days he passes stool once and some times he evacuates himself three four times...he belches and he experiences pain before and after passing stool.
after food.and even on bending he says it hurts him around his navel area middle abdomen.
he has been having pain in his tummy since a week.
fisrt three days was a lot of chest burning and pain.tummy pain is still there.he passes stool every day before passing stool he has pain and even after emptying himself he complains.
i have been v confused in reading multiple suggestions of remedies for his kind of problem.gp has sent his urine specimen test if there is any urine infection results r due to b back in few days time.
doctor has said if its not urine infection.then
its IBS. i v much doubt that he has urine infection....i notice him belching.and releasing wind which gives an idea its related to his digestive system.
kindly advice what i can give him for this problem.he still has some.pain in his tummy and i have used carbo veg and nux vomica this time.tummy pain.has not.gone yet it seems like his pain is sharp and spasm.kind that comes and goes. passing stool does relieve abit.
i am v much concerned about his pain as its been seven days and hasn't fully recovered.
kindly advice what arethe remedies i should have at home his kinda condition .with severe pain and heart burn too.

Please stop after child gets better.

once again my last message was not submitted when i updated you ....about my son.
now again writing u in short my son is feeling better his pain did continue for few days n.settled afterwards.
my wife had been told by her friends friend to try chelodonium q to improve his digestive system along with alfalfa q and gent.lutea pls comment on that she tried to.give him.chelodonium q after your course was finished n when he epxerienced indigestion again so far he is doing good.

Good to know that. But this is just symptomatic relief, and will not prevent future attacks, and may not even reduce their intensity. The problem is IBS if I remember correctly.

he has not grown out of this since childhood.he feels scared of not wearing a pull up at night.he fears he will wet himself.
i have no idea what aggravates this problem.smtimes even if i wake him up in.midnite to take hom.to.loo he has already wet his.pull up.and at times he doesnt do it for more than.a week.

Updating you quite late.as my child has been sick with one thing and the other.i did give him china q for almost three days but twice a day.as his routine at school kept him busy.
He had been sick with v bad n severe cough and took him more than a week to recover.
After that he has got hamstrinv injured while playing football.he still has pain in his upper thigh area where a lil nerve is blow and swollen kind .seems bruised.
Unable to bend his leg.
In this while he wet his bed only once which is a good improvement. Ans I notice he wakes up in the middle.of night to go to the toilet.
I did order china 200 long time back for him .do you think he needs it or we wait when the symptoms appear again
