3D Sonography of abdomen done on 16-3-2012
1)Fatty infiltration of liver Grade 1.
2)Left mild to moderate hydronephrosis with hydroureter due to calculas of size 0.6cm at left vesico-ureteric junction.
Today i have done 4D Sonography of abdomen and pelvis.
4D Sonography of abdomen and pelvis done in samsung-medision doppler sonography machine done on 23-7-2013
1)Liver in normal in size and increased echotexture.prostate appears normal in size,shape and echotexture.
2)Both kidneys are normal in size,shape and echotexture.corticomedulary differentiation is well maintained in both kidneys.No evidence of calculas or hydronephrosis seen in both kidneys.the ureters do notappear to be dilated on both sides.
3)Urinary bladder is well distended with uniform and normal wall thickness.No evidence of calculus seen in it or at vesicoureteric junction.no evidence of mass lesion or diverticulum noted.
4)The spleen is normal in size,shape and echotexture.
5)The pancreas is normal in size,shape,contours and echotexture.
6)The gall bladder is well distended with uniformly thin and regular wall. no evidence of calculus seen in it.No evidence of calculas,sludge or masslesion noted.

Ok, since you are continuing to maintain a fatty liver, you should observe a few restrictions:
1) Stop alcohol
2) Eat boiled food
3) Take Himalayas Liv 52, 2 tablets twice a day

Feeling mentally irritated from last few days with slight headache.No improvement in physical level.How long i have to take Nat. Mur 30?

Please start Avena Sativa Q, 15 drops dissolved in 50 ml hot water, taken once in the morning and once at bed time.

Dear sir,
Itching was bothering me from yesterday evening.
Itching is there in all over body but more and severe on the parts i.e. between the thighs,on testicular skin,at perineum region.Though the itching is there in whole body but the center and concentration is more in these areas,with no blood or pus.It is more severe at night when lie on bed.
Feeling of pinning needles in the skin is not there,no swelling,no bumps,only itching.
Please guide.

Itching has been present from evening of 31st july and its main effect is region between the thighs.
Itching is neither severe nor continuous but still it is present.
No proper and adequate flesh below the thin skin in the whole body also thin and undeveloped bones(in width) in whole body,weak shoulder,narrow chest and weak and thin upper and lower limbs.
Please suggest medicine for this.

Itching symptoms has returned from last two days.
Physically feeling exhausted and great weakness with heavy body pains in muscles and in bones.
Mental and Emotional levels are good after taking Nat Mur 30.

Sharp and severe pain in arms and legs more in lower part of body below waist,due to excessive pain it feels like vomiting.Heavy pain in ankle and heel.Feels like high rushing of blood in the body with heavy breathing during pain attack.
Tiredness and irritation with heavy weakness and feels lethargic.NO interest in doing any kind of work.
Please guide.
