someone Plz advise on seasonal fever, running nose & cough

after changing the weather cold to hot & vice versa there is slight fever (with headcahe), cough & running nose plz suggest some good & common medicine for above said symptoms.

you have been advised times to use single thread for all your problems. Homeopathic medicine work on the entire system and some time a single remedy is sufficient for many ailments.
