Kashif help for my Brother

Dear sir

My brother is 32 years old.

his skin of back side of palm is hard & itching sometimes.

actual position of hardness shown in picture

on those positions skin comes out.

plz advise

4. What makes him better?
5. Side right or left?
6. Any other medical history?
7. Nature of work?
8. How is his digestion?
9. Tongue colour?

Main Problem:- Skin rough,hard and black at joints like elbow,knee joints of fingers of both hands and legs.Sometimes these area are itchy.The hard area get removed while scratching a lot.
Please give more detail.
1. When it started?
Duration:-4 years
2. How it started?
From right hand.I cann’t tell exact reason.
3. When it is worse?
Mostly in winter and rainy season.
4. What makes him better?
Scratching feels good. Applying oil or Boroline softens the skin.
5. Side right or left?
Both
6. Any other medical history?
Depression for three years after a road accident

7. Nature of work?
Teaching
8. How is his digestion?
Normal
9. Tongue colour?
White coated
