Potency

I have been taking Pulsatilla for some time. the potency has changed several times. The last 3 from now back are: 50M, 10M, & 1M. before that I think I took 200ck. I need to know which potency would be the right one to look for after 50M.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Joy,

Who has decided on these potencies?

The normal way is to start out low and when the remedy
seems to have reached a plateau, then go up one potency.

When you go down in potency, this is also a way that
people antidote the remedy.

You need supervision on this from a good homeopath.

I have been going to a good Homeopathic Dr. She started me low about 18 months ago. Now she is 4 hours away from me & I have retired so am not able to travel that long. She did prescribe all the former potencies that I have taken, including the one I am on now: 50M. I have looked at the list of potencies & have not seen anything listed as 'M'! I just wonder where the M came from & if I could go to 'X' or what.

Hi Joy,

You cannot do this dosing by yourself or pick potencies-
it is going to backfire on you.

Options are- do you like this homeopath you have gone
to and has she benefitted you? Is it possible that
she could work with you by phone or on skype, since
you cannot travel that distance anymore?

You can work with Zady here online if you wish.

Also you can find homeopaths in your country or elsewhere
that will work with you online via skype.

Thanks to both of you. I have to work the weekend (part time extra position after retired), so I will kick it around till Monday. I will either fill out the questions Zady posted (a big & hard repeat for me) or I will try to get back with my former doc. Pulsatilla has been like a miracle for me, so I must do something soon as 50M is slowly becoming ineffective.
