Plz Help Me to Increase My Height
I am 22years & 6months old, is it possible for me in any way toto increase my height by atleast
2-3 inches, at present i am 5.5"
Plz give me some suggestions on this topic...

Whatever you do avoid any suggestion of growth hormone treatment. In the 60's-70's it was responsible for the death of many people who grew quite quickly -- and died quite quickly.
At 5ft 5 inches you are a reasonable height-- my mother was 4ft 11inches.
Mt only suggestion is to eat lots of jelly and jelly babies as these help to increase the discs of the spinal cord and may add a little to the height.
Otherwise if you are healthy be grateful for what you have ,
Do you feel you will be more attractive to women if you are taller - not so!
