Its been about 12 hours after taking the arcenicum with no changes other than him being a little fussier than usual. He seems to want to sleep more but still can't because of the grunting and pains.

30th potency is on the higher side for a new born baby. Even a single dose.
So please wait. If it gets worrisome, please update me, we will antidote Arsenicum.
Nux Vomica antidotes Arsenicum. But hold on for now. Aggravations wear off on their own.

It's been about 2 full days since taking the arsenicum and there are no real changes. The night after taking the arsenicum I noticed he seemed to go to sleep slightly easier but still very difficult and slept much longer than usual. However, last night he was back to usual if not worse. He is still in a lot of pain from gas.
He has also started having his usual bowel movements again to.

Ok, I have reviewed the case. Your son needs CINA. Please give him one dose in 30th potency.
2 pellets dissolved in 6 teaspoons, stir and give him one teaspoon, while you take the remaining 5.
Please update me after 3 days or earlier if needed.

I tried to wait and see what will happen and I don't even know if I am willing to try anything else but after taking the Cina things have been worse than ever.
He is almost impossible to get to sleep. He seems like he is in more pain than ever. He is arching his back more, kicking his legs out and holding them there. Crying more than ever.
I almost wish I just left things alone because this is hard to deal with and I am not sure how to get through this.

The cina is the worse of them all and has made everything a lot worse.

He will get better within 2 days, else give him a highly diluted dose of CINA 6C.
I am writing the procedure, just in case you need it:
Fill 8oz cup with bottled water. Add 2 pellets of Cina 6. Stir several times and give him just half-spoon from it ONCE only.

I'll just wait it out. I'm too worried that it could make him even worse than he is. Thank you again for your help. Of course I would have a baby that only responds with getting worse. I just hope he can feel good and sleep peacefully soon.

There are very common remedies for this in babies. Ars and Cina
are not those remedies. I have the list and instructions, as I said by a homeopath
that has been treating women and babies for well over 30 years.

hello.
if ur baby is having contious belching issue then most probable cause can be lactose intolarance..
u can first give aethusa 30 one dose ...
and if doesnot work then let me know..

In a few hours I will have been 3 full days. He is still in more pain than ever. I'm not sure if its a coincidence or not but its been since giving him the dose of Cina. He is also still very hard to get to sleep and keep asleep most of the time because of the pains.
Also I don't have Cina 6c only the 30c. I'm a little scared to give him anymore of it as I really don't want him to get worse.

What your child has is an acute common condition that babies have.
There are standard common remedies to go thru to see which one
will work.
With the exception of your fist prescription, Lycopodium, Zady is
not using the normal standard remedies for this common condition.
He is trying to prescribe based on more of a constitutional basis,
and you can go on and on with this and not get it right.
Meanwhile your baby is in pain, when if you tried the normal
remedies for this it could be gone in an hour. Up to you, but
I don't think you are understanding what is going on here - but
bottom line this is NOT working for you.

This is a homeopathic aggravation and will go away on it's own or by antidoting.
Please get Nux Vomica 6C, we will neutralize it.
And yes CINA is the correct remedy. I should have prescribed 6C but in my zeal to speed up the cure, I prescribed 30th potency.
