I just told the medicine improved my situation if from Dr Reckeweg R11 , R71 & R73. I took it 2 times daily in the gap of 20 minutes. My pain was also too much as I m a regular runner.

I was referring to Nux-V, Cal Fl etc.

I am glad that combo remedies of R11 etc worked. You can try Ruta 30 next time if you like.

I am sure you'd be keeping an eye on being hydrated and proper intake of all minerals & vitamins which are depleted due to vigorous exercise.

I gave Nux Vomica. No change at all in the pain or popping or stiffness or the knot.
I should be getting Thuja 1M & Arg Met on Monday 10/7.
Please let me know what to do.
