This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her three doses of Magnesium Muriaticum 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

There is no need to take the remedy if there is relief. The remedy may be repeated as above if there is a significant relapse.

Please, now please don't try to correct your father's condition solely on homeopathy. While there is no doubt that homeopathy could work for him but the result would be slow and not very lasting. If degenerative changes in the lumber spine and reduced disc spaces between L5-S1 are being seen then you must get alerted since this is not something that homeopathy can handle even if it reduces the pain for sometime. Surgery would be the best option even if it has its own complications. I think spine surgery make people fearful precisely because of the high risk involved but if you go to some really good hospital like Nova Orthopaedic Hospital then you can greatly decrease your chances of complications. Better You take consultation from a good homeapathy doctor and a spine doctor.
