Hi Happy missy ;0)
I have had psoriasis for 17 years...Just about completely covering my scalp..afew spots on elbows.. I also had the back pain which was a constant ache in my upper left side..
I was searching the web when I came across a site which I thought I'd give a go...being one that doesn't normally buy anything over the internet, I decided that I didn't have anything to loose. Booklet arrived and suppliments...It really makes sense what Dr Robert Connolly explains in the book. And he offers an amazingly easy cure. No more ointments and all that stuff. Just have to follow the diet, very easy, basically NO carbs, sugar, PORK is a NO NO...even down to level of sugar, carbs in certain veges, fruit etc..he goes into detail about this in the diet. Also have to take a specific vitamin supplement and Liver detox supplement..all described and orderable through info in the book. He says it is all to do with the body bioengergetics..really makes sense when you read it. Please try it, I promise it works..this is such an awful disease to have, I just want to let as many people as I can know that this does work.
Good luck and please let me know when you are rid of it. Oh yeah, it took me just over 2 months to get rid of it...well worth it. website is [spammed url removed by moderator]

Greetings Possum,

Thank you for your posting, letting me in on Dr Robert Connolly and his theory.

I have googled some information as I have not heard of him or his book before.

After reading a few articles and comments, I think his teachings are similar to Dr. Mercola which I read his free newsletter daily.

I have been eating a high protein very low carb (only good carb veggies) barely any fruit because of the sugar content, although natural its still sweet. No bread or pasta's, rice etc. And absolutely no sugar or sweets.

I drink mainly water and herbal teas. Although I used to drink coffee (at the beginning of this thread), I have stopped in order to take my remedies suggested by dear Walkin who has been more than generously kind to offer his professional advise.

I also try to stay away from anything processed, (which includes canned goods)as I am not a big fan of those type of junk food JUNK for my body.

Now, in my protein consumption, there are eggs, cheese, pulses, PORK (plenty of it), chicken, fish and seafood. No beef, but that is my choice since it is a fattier meat and I prefer to stay away.

I also only use coconut oil or olive oil sparingly to cook with, I never eat deep fried foods.

I don't go to resto's very often since its mainly junk food or the food prepared is mainly from processed goods and has high trans fat content.

I do go to certain ethnic resto's because their cuisine tends to be healthier and more to my liking and food consumption habits and beliefs.

Now, I have a question for you about the eating plan in this book.

Would you be so kind as to tell me which carbs your allowed, this would probably be quicker than naming those your not allowed. Because I am sure it must be as strict as what I have been doing for some years now.

Some folks may think we're nuts restricting our eating habits in the way we do. I believe to each his own, if it brings on a better life style to the person who is doing it than fine. I am not one to critic what others do to better themselves.

Thank you dear Possum for your posting, testemonies are always much appreciated to a person who is wrestling in the same battle.

May you have a joyous Christmas wherever you are in this world of ours!

Greetings Walkin,

It has now been exactly 14 days after taking the mag mur for 7 days on a nightly basis as you prescribed.

Here is what I have retained druing the 7 nights I took the remedy.

Sleep was provoked about 30 minutes maximum after taking the mag mur.

During mid sleep I would awaken feeling very hot and uncomfortable, take off the covers would remedy this and I was able to return to sleep.

I had a dry mouth effect after taking the remedy.

The previous ignatia remedy seemed to have brought me to a calmer state. The mag mur seemed to have taken this affect away, I have returned to my usual state of miss busy bee... But that is ok, as I had always been that way my entire life before taking the ignatia.

As for my psoriasis, no change is noted. The mag mur has not aggraved the spots, so I am happy for that.

Maybe time will help reduce the spots?

I am still hoping that the mag mur has produced the desired affect.

Your feedback is much appreciated. Thank you Walkin.

I saw your posts on another lady with psoriasis on the abc blog

she and I had similar problems
I have had psoriasis on my scalp for years and now on my eyelid
It hurts and is red and flaky

I am a redhead, neat and tidy I do like to be touched, I have cold feet
I crave coffee with cream or hot tea with a dab of honey
I have headaches in my eyes or the center of my head often lately
I have had back problems for years and my neck is strait instead of curved and had arthritis probably where my headaches are coming from
I have 1 small filling in my teeth

I can be up and down quickly in my moods, like when I am busy doing something and my child bothers me in an irritating way I can snap at them a bit but always feel bad for having a harsh tone in my voice with them as I love them very much, but not any other time

I almost never get out of bed for a snack but lately I have eaten later than normal
No to wool clothes can't stand itchy
no to stains on pillows
my feet and armpits can be stinky but I bathe often and wear deodorant
I like warm drinks
I do not like things overly salty, but enjoy mild sea salt
insect bites mosquitos bite me some
sympathy? not sure... I do not want people to feel sorry for me if that is what you mean
I do like boiled eggs
rich foods I like most all foods that are not too sweet or too salty
I do not have much of a sweet tooth one bite of something sweet satisfies me most often
I enjoy coconut curry and creamy foods it seems

Anyway, I am leaving for vacation tomorrow afternoon for 10 days or so ...
but this is really bothering me so I thought I would write

Thanks in advance
Gail
