Hi,
Took mag phos yestarday for the first time... Also was on day 5 of Heel detox..
Took it around 1 or 2pm, later that night around 4am i was in bed trying to fall asleep and all of a sudden uncomfortable feeling near my apendix area, i pushed down and felt the most excruciating pain i have ever felt, my body started shaking and then it felt like something inside of me started leaking (strange i know).
I went to hospital but they said everything looked normal with blood tests and urine test, and evantually the pain went away.
Today it feels like that area of my stomach is bruised and pretty sore on the inside.
I have taken 1 dose of kali phos today, should I continue with mag phos or this was all probably irrelevant?

Hi Anuj,
I have continued taking mag phos and kali phos like you've said. Waiting till tomorrow to do an ultrasound on my stomach to find out about this new pain I have.
I wanted to mention that this new pain i have comes and goesi get shoot sharp pains in my stomach so it seems most of my MENTAL attention and focus has now gone into my stomach pain. After maybe an hour or two of forgetting and coming back to my chest pain I realise that majority of the tightness and cramping in my chest is GONE because of the mental distraction with the new pain, all the nerve pain and arm pain goes away because i guess I am no longer holding onto it and cramping and tightening up.
I really believe that i am cramping up my chest with my mind without being able to control so I have now come to the conclusion that this is definitely a mental problem..
Maybe I have some kind of OCD about this but not entirely sure.
What should I do now, i guess i need to let go of this mental compulsion. Any suggestions?

my 7 years old daughter in having pain in both sides of chest and her ribs are swollen , left rib is more swollen then right .last month is was exposed to cold since then was complaining chest pain . i gave bryonia 30c with aconitium 30 c and with hepar sulph but no relief in her pain .she is complaining stitching and stabbing pain since one month. it got worse when we go outside for doctor visit as she exposed to cold. please advise remedy for her.

IN ADDITION GIVE MAG PHOS 6X,THREE TIMES.
Study Kali Carb and Silicea also.
