Still not feeling like myself. Brain fog, VERY depressed. Not able to be creative which is destroying me. It has been a problem but now it's really bad. Feeling weak, tired, sluggish. Very sad. Craving carbs, blood sugar irradic still. Just overall worse for wear. My acupuncturist would like to put me on some drainage remedies, however the formulas have homeopathic ingredients some are sarcodes, nosodes, etc. Will this be a problem?

Can you please list down your symptoms like below eversince taking the dose on Jan 17:

Depression: 100% worse
Cravings: 50% worse
Energy level: 100% worse
and so on

Skin rash on chin around mouth: 25% worse

Energy levels: 40% worse

Sugar crashes/cravings for sweets:45% worse

Insomnia/Sleep: no change

Lack of concentration/anxiety/out of sorts: 70% worse

Wanting to escape: 100% worse

Fears about health: 90% worse

Paranoid around other: 90% worse

Floaters in eyes(worse now with period) : 50% worse

heaviness in abdomen and right side: 35% worse

Randoom aches and pains, sore left foot and left thumb: 75% worse

Puffy face: same

Dark circles, puffiness under eyes: 60% worse

My opinion is the remedy is right-but due to sensitivity the aggravation is too much.
I would do the aggravation zapper and put the remedy dissolved in
the first glass, take a tsp out and put in second glass, take a tsp out
and put in 3rd glass and on to the 10th glass and try a tsp out of
that to see if it all subsides to a tolerable level. If it subsides and
is less but still intense I would go to glass 20. You can use
paper cups for this and plastic spoons.

If it subsides you can also know the remedy was right but just too
strong for you. I have used this method and it does work.

You have taken just one dose of Puls 200c on 17th, right?

You wrote on 23rd that the vaginal discharge is gone, the carb cravings are 10% better. Is that still the case?

Has the aggravation peaked and has the worsening of symptoms started dying down with each passing day?

I know its irritating but I see none of the aggravation symptoms as crippling or requiring an antidote.

I took a 200c before bed for the first dose and didn't notice anything so then I followed your directions and took a second dose exactly twelve hours later. That is it.

So the cup process will not antidote but lessen side effects? The only drastically noticable change is the emotional and mood stuff. I don't feel happy and am very frightened and sad. Not like myself and out of body.

As far as discharge, I got my period five days early so I'm unclear about the status of the discharge but have been bleeding far earlier and longer than normal if this continue throught the length of the normal cycle. A mixture of black and bright red alternating throughout the day. I usually get three days of bleeding and one day of spotting.

Crqvings are bad, but mostly hungry all around. More sweets, but mostly I'm unable to keep a steady blood sugar level. Get the shakes with nausea very suddenly and feel light headed. And sensitive to light as well.

I think if the emotional symtpoms weren't occurring, all of the other symtpoms might not be too terribly noticable. But the emotional stuff is just hard. My parents notice i don't sound good on the phone and I seem distraught and distracted. I'm normally a very strong self assured person steadfast in my beliefs but I'm questioning myself a lot, doubting my decisions and feeling guilt about being myself around others.

I am curious about the emotional reactions. Have
you ever had these type of emotional symptoms in
the past?

You can google aggravation zapper and it is not an
antidote, it lessens aggravations.

I have, in high school and college really struggled with these sorts of emotions, but they were very much a hormone related thing. Swings in my hormones would make me completely unable to paint, like I was a different person. I would pass out unexpectedly and get horrible sugar crashes with the anxiety. I became very ill from unaddressed Lyme and my dependence on my family fot support became pronounced. I got myself better and regained my life over the past 8 years but have had monthly bouts of dark thoughts that correlated with a menstrual cycle even though I didn't begin menstruating until about two years ago. My head feels very strange with hormones flowing and I feel for many years I involuntarily shut it down, preventing my body from getting a period or developng properly. I have physical abnormalities relayed to sex organs and so there may be a congenital factor my body has been resistant to from the beginning. But to answer your question, yes, I have been gripped by depression before, but I thought that was in the past. I had no, absolutely no feelings of this. And the calc carb and nat mur seemed to really aid in feeling secure that I wouldn't backslide during a period, stressful time, loss, etc. But as you said this was not getting to the root of the problem.

Hi fitness,
Well I tried to tough things out a bit longer before I did the aggravation zapper and I regretted it. By the end of last week I was so sick to my stomach every morning I could barely get out of bed. I passed out on the train to work and made it back home trying to figure out what had happened. There were major hormone fluctutations going on. Anyway, needless to say I did the zapper technique and am feeling releif. I'm wondering what our next step is from here.

I have found that when you use the zapper technique,
that the next time you need another dose of the remedy,
take the dose from the same glass you used in the zapper.

In other words, use the 10th glass or whatever glass worked,
bc that will work with your sensitivity level.

Just list your symptoms again- like the earlier post where you
had about 14 better or worse details. And how many glasses
did you go thru to get relief?

I waited a bit and now it seems i have a rashy breakout all around my mouth and chin again which had gradually gotten better despite the other emotional and sickness symptoms worsening. I did 12cups.
So here are the symptoms:

Sad hopeless feelings 40% better
Hunger for carbs 40% better
Skin 50% worse
Dark circles under eyes 70% worse
Fatigue 35% better
Frustration 20% better
Facial swelling same
Fluid retention 10% better on body but dry wrinkly crepey skin
paranoia 25% less
insomnia sleep 75% better
fears 50% better

Hi,

Skin issues are always the last thing to go. And things may come
up and go away again.

You just have to wait this out for a time. It sounds like things
are tolerable now, and report back in 5 days and update again
on the same things.

Feel free to post whenever you want to though on what is
happening.

Hi Simone,
I waited a bit longer than the 5 days just to see how it went. My period is horribly off schedule and my PMS symptoms were worse than they have ever been. Very bad cramps, hip tightness and pinching pain. My skin is the only thing that has improved and the method of diluting the pellets in a cup 10 times seemed to alleviate the emotional distress for the most part.
My estrogen dominance has worsened quite substantially and my craving have returned with vengeance. I am still having marked waves of nausea and vertigo during what I can only assume are hormonal shifts. I'd like to now where to go from here as the weight around my mid section has worsened quite a bit even though i am remaining on the same food regimen and activity level.
