i have not recived the psychological assessement test report in hand but the nurse told me the results on the phone.And she said according to the report his IQ is of 26 month old kid.

You mentioned in your post of Nov 26 about some improvements, are they still there or not.
Can you relate his speech regression or any change with his vaccination. I have usually found that MMR plays havoc with children who are susceptible.
When did the fall happen which caused a lot of bumps on his head and did he change in any way after that.
The difficulty in his comprehension is due to hearing issue or understanding issue?

It can be or cannot be because I really don't remember but all this regression has started fom age 18 months.

Once he was in a supermarket trying slide with his feet but slipped so badly that he hurt hishead on left side aboven ear which caised a swelling and it subsided in a week but he never let us touch that part of t

If its just cold, let it run its course. If it worsens, then we will prescribe.
If it does worsen, please give the following symptoms:

5. How are you feeling mentally & emotionally during the problem (restless, calm, weepy, want to be alone, fear of death etc)
6. Are you chilly or hot
7. How is your level of energy

10. If fever during this illness, are you chilly or hot
11. If fever, are you sweating or not
12. If fever, what makes you feel better

no i dont think it has worsen its just mild with stuffy nose,what worries me is fluid in the middle ear which affects his hearing,thats all.

i have pulsatilla 30c.
i thing I want to bring to your notice,My son has a problem of putting him to sleep at night.And its been there since last 1 year,it was irregular before but past 1 month its becoming every day.Its not that he runs here n there but he wants to be rocked on my lap uptil he he goes to sleep and these days he wants to be rocked for n hour n up and he will just keep his eyes open and this makes me fatigued last night though he was sleepy but did not sleep until 3 am .
Secondly,he has a very bad habit of biting or pinching with his nails other kids but never his brother.he never hits anyone.I thought it was only because he is non verbal.
just too depressed I am.And its affecting my health badly.

We need Pulsatilla 200c.

I have reviewed his evaluation and it holds two new things for me:
1. He is restless in nature
2. All his developmental milestones were delayed
I don't recall seeing this info in the case history.
Please explain these and hold off getting Puls for now.

The dose is made by dissolving one pill of the remedy in half a glass of water. Stir it and take one tea spoon from it. This is one dose.
Every week, from the same mixture, stir it and take one tea spoon.
Continue this and keep me posted as & when you observe any changes, good or bad.

Yes you can.
If you have liquid remedy and not pills, then put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it. Thats one dose. Use the same mixture for subsequent doses. Dont refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.
