Please help me - Taking Homeo for long time - No improvement

Hello Sir,
Thank you for your interest on my case.

I was having tonsillitis in the beginning and started to take Homoeo medicines.
I was taking 2011 - 2012 and i got cured from it.

During this period, I started to hear noise in my left side of ear.
I am still having that problem. In silent places and in night times, i can hear that noise from my left side ear little loudly.

As i mentioned, I am having problem with breathing because of nose block. When it become very worst, I take otrivin and i get some relief. I don't know when i got a proper sleep in the last one year.

And, I am neck pain, mostly in the left side. I am getting pain in my left side shoulder and chest. Doctor told me some name for this. I guess it is 'Cervical neck pain'. He gave me lot of single remedy drops like spondin. The pain goes away a little and comes back again.

I was taking only homoeo medicines in the last two years.
In some cases, I go for english medicine. Recently (one month before) I took english medicine for skin allergy. I took that medicine for four days.

I think it is buzzing noise. It is like some small insects making noise in the night. Yes, I can hear that sound only in the silent place. It is only in the left side ear. That ear has little blocked. So far, I am not having any hearing problem on that side. There is a very very small pain or itching in that side of ear always.

About ten months ago, I was having giddiness. After taking some homoeo medicine, I am not having that now. I thought it was because of ear problem. But doctor said, it was because of neck pain. I am not sure why i had that. I took one CT Scan for head on that time. Nothing found related to head. But they mentioned i was having a small polyp in left side of nose. (My left side of nose must have blocked that time)

I am going to stop all my medicine now. I am taking tons of medicine and surprised to see that you have given me only one medicine :)

'Formica Rufa 30' Is it just Formica Rufa 30 or Formica Rufa 30(c) or (K) or (ch)?

I just read your message.
But i already bought the medicine. I don't know i have bought the right one.

It is Formica Rupa 30 (CH). Doctor was not in the shop and one girl told that it is 'CH'. Is it okay to take this medicine?

For the first day, I will take 5 drops in 30ml luke warm water in the morning, afternoon and night.

From the second to fifth day, I will take the same dose for morning and night. Is that right?

Also, Should i take this before or after food?

I want to add some additional details about my problem sir.
I avoided traveling completely. I just went out to buy this medicine. I was wearing mask for my nose. But I still got breathing problem. I am actually using 'Otrivin' Nose spray every night to sleep. I was not able to breath properly in the nights. I feel i am having acidity because of not sleeping properly in the night.

I just wanted to know what should i eat.

Can i add Tamarind in food?
When i was taking treatment, Doctor told me to avoid coffee.
I don't smoke and drink.

Is there anything I should avoid in foods?

I have just finished three day medicines.
I am having a giddiness yesterday and today.

My foots are very cold during this time.
Neck pain remains same. Could it be a reason for the giddiness?

Today is the fifth day as you mentioned.
I failed to take a dose this morning. Tonight I will take one dose of Formica Rufa.

I am not seeing improvement so far.

In total,

1st - 3 dose morning, afternoon and night
2,3,4th day - 2 dose - morning and night
5th day - night only.


** If it is nasal polyp, Why does it from left to right nose every one to two hour?
** I am still having the sound in my left ear sir. I don't see improvement.
** My neck pain, and its reflection to the left side shoulder, chest and back side parallel to chest remains same.

Formica Rufa looks like helping a bit with nasal problem.
In the last two days, I didn't use Otrivin.

Do i need to continue Formica Rufa?
If you are about to prescribe any new medicine, Please let me know. Tomorrow might be holiday in that shop.

Sir, I forgot to mention. I was taking medicine PE along with my these problems.
For Premature Ejaculation, I took Thunder-M, Storm-M, 153 drops (Single remedy prescribed a homoeo doctor). Nothing helped me.

I am having lot of negative thoughts about my life recently because of my illness.

This afternoon, I took rhus tox 200.
From that time to now, I feel giddiness.
I am just lying in the bed till now. If I stand up, visual goes blur for few seconds and becomes normal.

Is that normal indication of Rhus Tox 200?

I finished medicines as you told me.

I missed two doses.

Ear sound, Ear block remains same. (left side)
I have a small improvement neck pain. But still having heavy pain. I am still having shoulder, chest and back side to chest pain (left side)

I have small improvement in polyp. Previously, I was having nose block in alternative nose for every one or two hour. But, Nowadays, I am having nose block in left side all the time. Very rarely, I am getting nose block in right side.

I am eating only veg without any spicy.
Please advice me.

I don't know why are you not replying to me. I followed your advice to my best.

Today, without any interest, I visited allopathic doctor for acidity. I am doing little good.

But, I am having left side chest pain. I don't know it is ordinary pain or heart problem.
