The same mag phos 6x I have been taking 3 times a dsy? Just dissolve it in hot water first? What does the hot water do?

yes same mp.it acts better in hot water and is more effective.

I have continued to take the mag phos in warm water three times a day, most days. A couple I forgot and only did it twice. The cough seems improved again. No phlegm being coughed up when I do cough. The breathing sensation has happened a couple times but it usually indicatesties it is time to take the mag phos.

if things have improved please leave MP for 3 days and see.give a feed back on the 4th day.

I apologize for not responding in a more timely manner. My cough is for the most part gone and I have not experience the breathing issue on any regular basis. I think since we last corresponded maybe once or twice it happened and I took a dose of mag phos and it went away.
THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me get through this challenging time.
