Mine Arnica 30 c says to take 5 so should I take 10? Is that what you mean by 2 doses? Thank you so much for all your help. I really do appreciate it all.

One dose is one pill/pellet.

Take one pellet now and the 2nd after 12 hrs.

When I took 5 pellets per the bottles instructions this morning, the burning returned a few hours after.

So what your saying is to only take 1 pellet and not 5?

Before my jaw would burn. My dentist says its my muscle spasming. Before I would rate it as 10, now it's more like 5/6. Does that help?
