sneezing
i have allergy for several years and it worst now ,i used to take cetrizine every day and it helps . when i start sneezing after a while it starts blocking my nose . could you please suggest a remedymaxwellkevin on 2014-04-04

You, your child and your wife?
On your wife- Spigelia may not be right. It depends. How long
has the sinus problem been going on? What are her symptoms?
If you want I can look at this for her, but she needs her own thread.

For cell salts- silicea 6x is Hylands brand and it is a tablet. They are
at Whole Foods and also check the Vitamin Shoppe. Or you can
order from Vitacost online- put silicea 6x cell salt in the search box.
