Dr. Kadwa please advise (non-stop bleeding)

Hello Dr. Kadwa,
I have gone thru homeopathy forum and have realized that you have helped women with my kind of issues.
I would very much appreciate all your help in my case as I feel you will have some solution for my female issues.

Dr, I am 42 years old and am getting non-stop periods since last 2 years. Gynecologists have done everything like ultrasound and biospies.
As per my gyno, I have hormone imblalance ( high in estrogen) and also have adenomyosis.
The only solution for my problem as per allopathy is Progestrone pills or Mariana IUD that releases progrestorne.

My period stops if I take progestrone or birth control pills, otherwise it is non-stop with very heavy clots.

I am in USA and working with homeopath since last 2 years, but with homeopathy medicine, the bleeding stops for one day and then starts again.
Not sure what is going on.
We have tried all possible options in homeopathy, but then I feel we are missing some remedy that you might be able to help with.
I have a feeling that you will be able to find that remedy for me.
Can you please advise?
I have already posted lots of information on following thread

Gita
