This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Menses started on September, 14.
2. On Sep 14 menses were normal
3. On Sep 15 these were heavy with clots
4. On Sep 15 menses were very heavy without clots. Sep 16 same as Sep 15. Also had severe headache.
5. I am not using any medicines.
6. NUX VOMICA 200C will reach me on Saturday (18 Sep)
7. I am sorry but I could not fully understand first part of your reply on 16-9-2004 (the proper management of doses.....). Please explain once again. Thanks

the first part was just clarifying --that in future -use remedy in water (2-3 pellets in 20 tablespoons water--stir -take teaspoon doses)--when taking 2nd third..etc dose after using dry pellets for first dose..

2. This time my menses started on 14 Sep. On 17 Sep the menses stopped at 2 PM but again started at 2 AM on Sep 18. These remained intermittent and stopped at 3PM. Today (19 Sep) at 5 AM there was one time flow and after that it is stopped till this time (7:30).

1. I have taken one dose of NUX VOMICA 200 on the night of 19-9-2004.
2. My menses have stopped since 5 AM on 19-9-2004. There was however a very minor flow at about 12 noon on 19 Sep. After that no menses so far (1900 hrs 20 Sep).
3. I feel wet but it is small amount of discharge of whitish fluid with very bad odour. may be LYCORIA (Pl don't mind spellings)
4. There was severe pain in the lower abdomen in the morning but now it is almost gone.
5. Pl advise further

ever have this whitsih fluid discharge before in life at all? if so,then when? what treatments were used (if any)?

1. Discharge of whitish fluid had been occuring intermittently for about ten years but for the last 3-4 years it has increased in quantity and bad odour.
2. I do not remember the name of the medicine but a gynaecologist prescribed big white coloured tablets to be inserted inside the vagina for three days. I used that about three months back but with little effects.
3. Today my severe headache has also returned. During this headache I have noticed reddness in my eyes also.

1. This time the headache was lower in intensity than before. I suspect that this time it was due to problem in my digestion. Contrary to your advise I took one glass of 7UP after that it is now gone.
2. By tha grace of God at present time (21 Sep 0920 hrs) I feel healthy.

1. What can I do to control discharge of whitish fluid? Although its intensity is less.
2. Thanks God menses are controlled.
3. Is there a remedy for the headache?
4. Could I take Alopathic pain killers whenever needed?
5. What should I do if next time the menses are again irregular and heavy ?
6. Do the dietry restrictions still apply to me? Could I drink 7UP Cola Etc.?

Sleep is OK. Appetite is also OK except that when I don't eat at regular time then when I feel hungry I am unable to bear it. I immediately need to eat something.

1. I do not have much attachment to 7UP or Colas but whenever my stomach is upset I take one bottle (350 ml) of 7UP/Teem/Sprite.
2. Three days earlier I slept on uneven mattress due to which I had pain on right side for which I took Two tablets of Ponston in the morning and two paracetamol in the evening yesterday. Today I have taken two tablets of Paracetamol in the morning. The pain is now under control.
3. I will avoid use of uneven mattress in future.

1. Stomach upset is not a regular problem. Whenever I overeat or eat at odd hours then I feel some gas accomulation in stomach. After taking 7UP etc. the gas is generally released and I feel OK.

1. Next menses are expected to start on 14th October. So far I feel OK. I still have problem of discharge of whitish fluid, additionally from last one week I feel like to sleep too much. Earlier I used to sleep for abut 6 hours. Now I sleep for about 9 hours.

1. I had used antibiotics on many occasions: for bad throat, fever, D & Cs etc. Last antibiotics were taken in February,2004 when my last DNC was done. After that I have not taken any antibiotics.

single dose "only" hepar sulphuris calcareum 30c
start daily use of probiotic supplementation (udo's choice super 5) or equivalent---before taking hepar 30c...
avoid all acidic foods and drinks...i.e...coffee;tea;sour foods;fruits and juices;vinegar;coca-cola,pepsi,and the like;alcoholic beverages;...etc
no other medicines or treatments...
