This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
No. To the contrary, taking remedies senselessly may cause other health problems. You are trying to force growth which might be a tumor as the body doesn't know that you only want growth in height!

The only thing our medicines do is attempt to cure disease, so unless the characteristics you describe are aspects of a disease and are curable, then no you cannot make your body do anything nature does not intend for it to do.
Homoeopathy is not magic. It is science, and only what is possible in nature is possible in homoeopathy.

Yes,
Unless your lack of height is from a
disease, then medicine can be used
for the disease- bc that is what
the medicines are for-illness.

At 22, there is no way for nature to allow you to grow taller. If your short stature was caused by something internal that may have responded to treatment, the window of opportunity has passed.
However, short stature is not usually a disease at all, but is simply a genetic characteristic, and will not change through homoeopathy. Homoeopathy only creates balance where this is imbalance, it does not force things to happen that nature did not intend.
I have treated many adult people who were under the 'average' height for people of their ethnic background. While their disease may have cured, they did not suddenly gain height.
On other hand, children and teenagers, who are still growing, may often show noticeable changes in the shape and sizes of their bodies. Once natural growth has stopped, homoeopathy will no longer be of any use in making those kinds of changes. Even then, there is a natural limit genetically coded in to each individual.
