Need some suggestions for Ortho pain

Hi All,

I fell down from a chair that broke while I was seated on that. I dint have any pain after this for a few days. but recently I feel some pain in the lower back region and thigh.

Can you suggest how to reduce the pain?

Please have one dose of Arnica 30c once a day till the pain is gone. Don't take for more than 5 days.
