2 Year Old skin sratching

Hi,

My 2.5 year old daughter keeps scratching her legs and arms and at certain instances on face too. The scratching at certain parts has turned into bruises. She also tends to scratch her head, although no traces of lice are found.
She also seems to be a bit aggressive for her age.
Attached is a picture of her thigh area.

We refrain from giving her anything spicy.
We massage her with mustard oil but there is very slight recovery.
Also the scratching did not continue in Winter, but as soon as there was a change in weather (start of summer) the scratching increased.

Normal room temperatures are around 30 Celsius approx, with Fans running.

What remedy should we follow?

Please let me know if any further details are required.
Thanks,
MP

PL give her
Sulphur-30 6 pills at bed time for 3 days and then give feedback

This would be 6 drops (in liquid form) if pills are not found?

You can give 3 drops in one teaspoon water

As per your remedy, after 3 days, the intensity of scratching is less. I can say its improved around 80%. Any other follow up is required?

sorry for my late reply. As per the prescription, the scratching is reduced down to 90%, also the skin on the legs has improved a lot and is not rough any more.

Any thing to continue further?

thanks!
