First time hemorrhoids sufferer. Help needed
Hi all,I am going through some extreme pain and frustration with my problem.
About a month ago I started feeling immense heat in my rectal/anal area and with pinching pain occasionally. First it was not that bad but then it got really bad. It gets to a point where I cant sit, walk or sleep comfortably.
I went to 2 rectal specialist, one told me that I have inflamed hemorrhoids, second one told me that I have itchy anus and my hemorrhoids may be a contributing factor in the pain but that's not the cause of issue.
I want to go with the first doctor since I do feel something inside my anus like a little bump which is inflamed. He gave me a Hydro cortisone cream 2.5% USP which I applied and got a bit of relieve in inflammation but once I stopped after 2 weeks it again started coming back.
Everything is internal and I cant feel anything outside. I dont have any blood or mucus in the stool and after I started eating fiber it is soft and with less pain. I do wash after my bowel movement and it get very inflamed and painful after washing, then reduced a bit after that but still painful to sit for job.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am 37 healthy male, my job is to sit all day long so I know that could be a cause of this. I have normal bowel movements and stools, no constipation but I do however tends to sit in toilets long but not anymore. I used to work out (before this) 3 times a week. I have prostatitis for almost 10 years (I am wondering it has link to this.) and 2 pilonidal cysts near my tail bone, they are also very inflamed right now. I also have high cholesterol but don't take any medication for that.
That being said one of my relative is a part time homeopathic doctor and he asked me to start with these medicines.
Acid Nitric 30x
Nux Vomica 30x
Sulphur 30x
Thuja 30x
Acsulum Q ( Horse Chestnut) / Aesculus hippocastanum (spelling)
I was wondering if an expert here can tell me medicine for this or can confirm that the above medications will be able to cure me, also comment on potency and alcohol percent. I dont want to just get relieved but to get cured permanently from this misery as I am living like hell and my whole life is destroyed and rotate around this problem.
I would be very thankful if somebody can reply to this as I can see a lot of people were cured using your advice. I am very hopeful that I will come out of this misery and be thankful for life if somebody here can help me out. I am more than happy to pay for your services or if you can call or email me directly.

Sulphur 30 one dose empty stomach morning and nux vom 30 evening time for five days .one dose in both is 8globules or 4drops in two table spoon of water.you will not take any other medicine .Report for advise after 5days .

I just wanted to let you know about the current progress. I have ordered the medicines and the expected delivery is Thursday 11th June.
I am in a place where there are no physical stores that carry these medications so i have to order online.
Once i received the medicine I will start using it as prescribed and then report back in 5 days.
Just to let you know that things are a bit better, during the time I was waiting I started taking some herbal supplements that helped me a bit.
Rutin 2 times a day
stoneroot 1 time a day
leg vein essentials 1/day
probiotics to help with digestions. 2/day
All above are in capsules form. These pills are helping me through day and night currently but once I received my medicine I will stop all this and use the prescription from your side.
Let me know if there are any questions or concerns from your side.
Appreciate your help very much.

I am here to report my condition after using nux vomica and sulphur for 5 days.
Rectal pain:
I am feeling much better now. I have started the 2 medicine you prescribed and stopped all other supplements (see previous post) for 5 days. My pain has been reduced and except for the morning pain (after bowel movement) I was pretty much good all day. Only day 2 and day 5 I have pain so I had to take supplement (stone root and rutin) to bring it down.
I am feeling a lot better however I am not 100% healed or cured as I still have morning pains.
Pilonidal cyst:
The inflammation and swelling in my tail bone area has been reduced and the cyst is small in size, I am now able to lay down on my back.
Protatitis:
I am not feeling any progress here. Still time to time my prostrate is hurting. I don't know if this is all connected but its hard to tell which part is inflamed as all of these are in the same region.
Please advise on my prescription, do you want me to continue taking these 2 medicine or want to change them.
Appreciate all your help.

One question is that do I have to take medicine empty stomach or doesn't matter. ALso can I use herbal supplements like leg vein supplements, rutin or stone root if needed with your medicine or not?

Sulphur empty stomach.pl avoid other med if possible or keep atleast gap of one hour before and after.

Dear sir,
I have been taking Sulphur 30C and Nux vomica 30C on alternate days for the past 5 days and before that 1 weeks morning and night. Sulphur morning and vox nomica in the night 4 drops each.
My pain intensity is less but its not gone. I have good and bad days. After every couple of days there are couple of bad days. For the past 2 days the pain is getting worse and sitting is very uncomfortable if not painful. I am resorting on my herbal medication for pain relieve. Rutin and stoneroot seems to keep my pain low.
What I have noticed is that my cysts gets inflamed and I have painful feeling, like an open wound inside with lots of heat sensation inside my rectum with considerable lower back pain around my tailbone (end of backbone between buttocks.) There is also a 'needle pinching like sensation' I am not sure if my cysts or prostatitis is causing this issue or a contributor but its hard to tell since it is all in the same area. what I can tell as a patient feedback is that for the past 2 days it is getting worse not better.
If in your opinion this situation is 'normal' in recovery process then I have no problem continuing for the next 5 more days but if it is not, please advise what you want me to do. I know homeopathic medicine is slow to act but its been 2 weeks and I was hoping that my pain/inflammation would subside by now.
I have numerous issues (sebhorric dermatitis in scalp, protatitis, pilonidal cyst) because of my inflammation problem so I would request that you consider this in your prescription.
Also if you can write me something for my prostatitis, I have chronic one and my prostrate get inflamed with or without infection (normally without infection).

I have aesculus hip in 30X potency can I use that? Ordering a new one will take another week or so. Please let me know.
I dont mean any disrespect but if possible please provide names of any other medicines that you want me to purchase and i can order them and dont have to wait a week every time.

On a scale of 1-10. 10 being the initial pain and discomfort before using aesculus hip.
- First day of using reduction down to 7 may be.
- Second day of using went down to 1 or 2 may be. was really the best day in the past 2 months
- Third day of using went back up to 6 or 7 again.
I never had constipation but yes I saw less stool for the past 2-3 days. I take fiber (polysiym husk or isphagol) and dried plums.
Pain and heat feeling is still there. Cyst is still there but not very big or inflamed. Prostatitis pain is not there right now. back pain is still there.
I also want to let you know that I have upper respiratory infection and doctor has put me on antibiotics for 5 days (today was the 2nd day).

I have been using aesculus hip for the past 3 days. Instead of recommended 1 time 4 drops daily dose of 30X, I have been taking the same dose but 3 times a day. I had to increase it since the progress was very very slow.
I have seen huge improvement on my pain. The pain and discomfort has subsides to may be a 1 (on a scale of 1-10). The only discomfort I see is mostly after bowel movement (in the mornings).
I still feel heat in rectal area, also a lot less but not completely gone.
Please advise what you want me to do next.

it was intense heat but now its more like warm feeling at times during the day and specially after morning bowel movement and washing. Kind of same feeling as you get if your external skin got inflamed.
I will continue using it and report back after 5 days.

Also I know we are going step by steps here but I have internal inflammation problem for several years, would you please kindly prescribe me something that I can use on regular basis for inflammation? or if I can get rid of it altogether that would do too :-)
