newbee who has stopped masturbating

hello forum let me introduce myself i am pauli and im 18 years old very soon 19.
this maybe abit long sorry

i suffer from very dark purple circles under my eyes with a yellowness around them.
my eyes have lost their sparkle and the upper lids look all flabby. also my eyes are very sunken in.
i have bad skin teenage acne probably. mostly blackheads.
the one thing that is scaring me the most is that my face has suddenly got this yellow sallow look to it no other part of me

i eat a very healthy diet lot's of fruits veggies drink lots of water. grains etc. no meat. i took this antibiotic called erythromycin which may have given me some sort of liver trouble. it was after this i noticed the yellowness that everyone had been pointing at me

sorry this is so long around a month ago i read about the dangers of masturbation and realised all the symptoms are basically me. so i have stopped that in hope that i will start to feel and look better. i am taking vitamin and mineral supplements plus i have started a liver supplement which includes turmeric milk thistle barberry and artichoke with amino acids .

im starting to feel old and look it aswell. i don't understand why this could happen when i eat so good. although in in school it was very different it was junk food every single day never a day without infact. could this also be part of a long detox to health.

the sunken eyes look makes me look terrible.

i wonder now that stopping masturbation that this will all clear up in say 6 months . please advise thankyou so much

I have to disagree with the concept that masturbation causes illness. If anything, it might help get rid of toxins accumulating in the body. Actually, there was a recent study done that men who ejaculate on a regular basis are less likely to develop prostate cancer. However, Oriental Medicine believes that the body needs rest between sexual encounters (men of your age are recommended to rest 1-2 days between encounters).

Also according to Oriental Medicine, yellow skin relates to the liver and gallbladder. "Bile and other liver secretions cause the skin and eyes to become yellow." Oriental Medicine also associates dark circles under the eyes with stress to the kidney. They become unable to purify the blood, and toxins are building up.

Keep up your research. Keep detoxing (not just food! Lots of things in the environment make us sick too!) I read a book called Natural Detoxification which was very helpful to me.

Good luck,
RKendall
