Sir, i m a student of mbbs. I have to masterbain 2times a day for 2years. So that, headache and weckness is a common sign. I cant memories at all. I cant concentrate my studies. Pls give me some treatment prevent this habit or medicine to recover my weckness. Pls.

Two times a day is rather too much. Your headache and weakness may be due to blood pressure. Please check your blood pressure. Please also check your hemoglobin level too.

Take proper diet and do some daily exercise workout.

Masturbation generally does not cause such things.
