severe sexual problem........i need advise from Dr. kadwa.

Respected dr. Kadwa,

i am suffering from very serious issue since some years ago.i will explain my condition below.

Age - 20
weight - 45 (bodylooks very poor)
health problems - excess precum leakage, premature ejaculation,tiredness,memory loss,constipation,sunken eyes

explanation-
>>when i talk to girls or think about sex or watching a porn i suddently ejaculate a large precum and it comes out continuously,and its amount will be about 7-8 ml.after the precum leaks i feel pain in my penis and back pain. Some times after urinating and while stooling, precum comes out.there for more the amount of precum always make me wet inside,so i cant concentrate on my studies.i feel this precum leakage is very serious issue for me.

>>urge to urinate while forplay with my girlfriend because a large amount of precum comes out.

>>i ejaculate semen in 10 to 30 seconds while intercourse.after semen ejaculation i feel so tired.

>>i have severe memory loss and lack of concentration.

>>my weight is only 45 and body looks too weak and poor.

>>my eyes are sunken

i request you please advice me a better solution to my problem.i am really afraid.
