Severe pain both knees over 3 weeks

Hello:

I am a 44 yr old female otherwise healthy aside from chief complaint above.

I have sudden knee pains which started about a month ago. I had about 50 blood tests, no inflammation. I had X-rays negative.
I did have human parvo, ebv, and cytomegalis. The pains are unbearable, the knees look normal, no swelling, no redness, no infection.
I have taken Medorrhinum 200c, Ledum Pal, Byronic, no help..
The pain is throbbing... It feels inflammatory. I took anti inflammatory for one week, no help..dr's don't know cause. It is throbbing constant pain, arthrtic, rheumatic like based on symptoms,.. Blood tests negative for inflammation, ,how could this not be inflammatory it doesn't make sense..
Pain is pretty much constant.if I press on the knee there is no pain on outside only INSIDE of both knees..
Please help.. I can't function from pain..

I don't really know why you are suffering from this pain but I can suggest a remedy that would help you get rid of it.

Take PULSATILLA 30C every 4 hours till you notice some relief in the intensity of pain or for 2 days maximum.

Wait and watch your response for another 2 days.

You can come back here after 4 days and share your notes.

If you don't respond to this potency even in 4 days, you may have to take a couple of doses of 200C potency.

So, while ordering for PULSATILLA, get these two potencies.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in about 5 ml of water sipped up in empty stomach and clean mouth. Don't take any food or water one hour before or after taking these doses.
