sir, now days from one or two months i am feeling specially in the morning time or when i am not at work or simply sitting at one place for long time i felt that my left side arm and leg losing power. why is it happening? is that the early sign of something bad. please advice.

thanks sir for prompt reply.i have purchased wrist bp machine. in the morning after wake up it reads 146/90 but later on in the days it drops around 135/85. i have been suffering from same problem again in the night like death feeling and frighten feeling heart attack feeling sometime it pains above heart.i feel like i will have a stroke and i will be paralyses from left side. due to this i cannot sleep properly.i am scared about it.i feel its because i don't take bp medicine due to this it all happens. please correct me if i am wrong.kindly suggest me what to do.should i repeat same medicine or restart alopathy BP medicine.

Your BP is mildly elevated, lets try homeopathic remedy for 1-2 months, if all your symptoms respond favorably then no need of allopathic medicine otherwise do start it.

Keep checking your BP regularly and update here.

Are you following the diet & exercise guidelines.

Dear sir,
I am monitoring my bp everyday its around 130 to 135. i will do my blood test next week for the kidney functions. i have also reduced salt intake.stopped eating red meat and consuming liquor as well.
i have taken your advised medicine Calcarea Carbonica 200c once only. should i continue the same one,
please advise me which medicine should i take for further treatment.

hi, Doctor
my doctor has given me berb valley 200 and berb valley 1m dilution photolaca 100ml my doctor advice me to take 3 pills three times a day after food and dilution in the night with three drops of medicine. kindly is this the correct method of taking it? please advice me.
