Try BRYONIA 30C once every 4 hours when you have these symptoms. Take the remedy for one day only and then wait and watch your response for the next few days. You should be taking some 5 to 6 doses maximum.

I will act as adviced.

There is nothing like ' take when symptoms occur' This is because, this is a daily routine.

I will take Bryonia 30 for 1 day and then let you k now after observing for few days.
