Stop a Remedy for Reoccurring & Chronic Symptoms: Menstruation

How would a woman know when to stop a remedy for menstrual problems, if the problem takes literally months to resolve. I know if a remedy is working then it should be stopped. But a woman wouldn't know if there is any improvement until her next cycle. Could a remedy become 'overused' if she continued to repeat the doses while she is waiting for a result?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you are seeing a homeopath ask him all relevant questions. If you are self prescribing then you should stop and ask someone else to handle your case. We have some very good prescribers here who can help.

Fitness,
Thanks for your concern. I have not self prescribed - Evocationer is now handling my case.

It is in fact difficult for any patient to know when to repeat remedies, change remedies, stop remedies, without someone to guide them - for awhile at least. I find once a patient gets the hang of it AFTER getting a genuinely curative remedy, they often know better than me.

Until then, it is best to rely on the advice of someone with experience if possible.
