I hope I would soon have reply from you about my daughter. Here, I would like to tell you that even her physique is not very good. She is very thin. Now I feel that she is not gaining her height in accordance with other girls of her age.

I just noticed that her nasal problems started just after the episode of Chicken pox.
This is a peculiar rubric which is only covered by Sepia. Also, other general symptoms agree with this remedy. So, it should work.
I feel you should try Sepia once. Try in 200C three doses only, each dose 12 hours apart.
Wait and watch her response in the next 10 days.
Let me know her response. If she feels a change in herself, let the changes happen without any disturbance from other remedies or drugs.
After about 15 days, based on her response, the second dose set will be given if required.

Please don't get worried if you happen to notice some skin eruptions in her after she takes Sepia.
In fact skin eruptions would be a clear sign of cure because the eruptions that were suppressed earlier would again appear and get cured by themselves. Along with skin eruptions, nasal block also would be cured for good.

Dear rishimba, I am sorry for being so late in replying you about my daughter's condition. But, it was so because I thought it better to wait for some more days to see the effect of the given remedy(Sepia 200). But, to my disappointment, it didn't show any effect on her. She is still passing through the same ailments. Her nose becomes very stuffy just after her getting up from sleep. It happens every time when she sleeps - in day or at night. When she gets up she feels her nose blocked and after some half an hour it is less blocked. All the day, she keeps on sneezing and feels a tingling feeling inside her nose. So, she rubs her nose off and on.
Apart from this, as for my case, I took 3 doses of Arsenicum Alb.200, but to no avail. Mine is the same condition as it was. I take cold very soon and it turns my nose more and more stuffy.

For your daughter, Iti, please buy KALI BICH 30C in liquid form.
Give her 3 drops of kali biCH with some water once every 4 hours and then stop to see her response.
I am hopeful she will respond to this remedy.

Can you tell me the exact modalities of your nasal symptoms? Like what makes it worse and what makes it better?
I know your mentals but can't add up modalities with your mentals to come up with a remedy. Let me try again.

As for my modalities, I try to give you some details.
Washing hands, feet, face; working in water; bathing; drinking cold water; eating cold things like ice creams; exposure to cold air/atmosphere; sudden ceasing of perspiration are those things which make my condition worse.
While a bit heat of atmosphere; hot drinks; covering up my body in cold give me some relief.

First try HEPAR SULPH 12C once every 4 hours for one or two days and then stop. If you see any response earlier, stop dosing.
If absolutely no response to Hepar Sulph, try SILICEA 30C once every 4 hours for one day. Wait and watch for next two days.
Let me know which one produced any response.

Dear rishimba, thanks for your reply. But, before acting on your advice, I wish to tell you some more things about my mental aspect which I have recently thought of.
1. I am too much conscious of my social image. That's why I always try to hide my drawbacks(if any) from the people. Consequently, I try my best to do everything according to the set norms. Probably, the reason behind this kind of attitude lies in this fact that in my childhood I was a very brilliant student who always gained acclamation from his teachers, neighbors, classmates, relatives and acquaintances and so on.
2. Either I don't take interest in any work or some innovative idea or I become fully involved(workaholic) in that if I take interest in that.
Apart from this, I want to share with you what I have learnt from a website. According to the info. given on that site my constitution appears to match 'Hydrogenoid Constitution'. But, it is now up to you to decide if I am right or wrong.

Dear rishimba, I am here after 18 days. I am disappointed to inform you that even after your best efforts while selecting remedies for my daughter and me, the results are zero. I took HEPAR as prescribed by you but now I feel that it didn't have any effect on my problem. Because, for the past 10 days, I have to sleep in an A.C. room and this is creating problem to me. As my head remains very heavy, dull and congested through out the whole day.
Moreover, as for my daughter's problem, even she didn't get any relief from SEPIA. Her sneezing and snuffling remains the same as it was. She is worse in a closed room. Has some relief in a cold room. She has another symptom which I forget to mention earlier that she suffers from drooling. So, pl. help.

I can feel that there is a strong miasmatic inheritance in your family which is why none of the remedies is working.
Consequently, based on your mental symptoms, I would suggest a single dose of SYPHILINUM 10M.
This is applicable to your daughter as well.
In the next few weeks, please let me know the changes in you and your daughter's drooling problem.

No, you had taken Syphilinum in 1M potency.
Now, I want you to take it in 10M potency. Since Syphilinum 1M had produced partial response, this will probably give you a much better response.
