Cold & cough
This is Therese. Simone I started taking ferrum phos but I found only 12x. I feel the cold is starting with headache, little bit runny nose, little cough, sandy throat and my left ear is hurting little bit. Usually if I don't treat the symptoms, it it gets worst. Should I only continue on the Ferrum Phos?I have a kit at home with 40 remedies but 200. With the cell salts I bought earlier. I can buy less potency if needed.

Try the Ferrum Phos 12x- do 3 tabs 4 times a day-
after one day you will be able to tell if you took it
early enough and it is working or not. If not
we can go on to another remedy.

Hi.
It is my turn now to feel sick 😢Ferrum phos didn't really help me. Today I have runny nose but not too much, green mucous in larynx hard to take out when I cough, post nasal drip but no stuffy nose. I feel very weak, lower back pain, headache above my eyes & my forehead, feel my head is heavy specially when I move. No sneezing.

Hi-
You can keep doing Ferrum Phos 12x,
But add in Silica 6x, Nat sulph 6x and
Calc Phos 6x.
Take 3 tabs, 4 times a day and report
in 4 days.

Hi.
Symptoms: coated tongue, sore throat (with tongue like a map), post nasal drip, little cough only morning, cracks at the corner of the lips, bloating only in the evening. This has been going on for the last 1 1/2 months. Not sure if the symptoms are related. I saw my dr, he gave me:
1rst Nat Mur 200. Didn't help
Then phos 200 didn't help
After merc sol 200 : that helped in keeping the symptoms stable not worse & better sore throat. Took Merc sol for 3 days. Now symptoms are back.
Last Wednesday I went back to him for my severe left eye pain & headache. He gave me ars alb that also didn't help.
I feel that something is missing in his diagnosis. He did a miracle with my daughter. As for me, he s not really helping.
