Dear Dr. Kada,
It has been over two months that I'm trying orig and Anac, and I've noted the health benefits they provided me, at times. It seems they have already provided what they can, and they can give me no more, at least the 200 potency.

As for nightfalls, its number in November and December was rather higher than the previous months. in January so far, it occurred 4 times. Oversensitivity and erotic dreams have reduced considerably. So I can attribute these recent nightfalls to physical and nervous as well as sexual debilities caused by years of vital fluid loss.

I think, it is time to address these debilities, starting with physical one first. What do you think? I need to build up the lost physical structure. Sensitivity still persists which is not normal. I hope it will be removed with the addressing of those debilities. A slight tendency, which I mentioned on 2014-12-30, still persists.

So keeping these in consideration, please suggest me further so that I can be cured.

Anac wonderfully protected me from cold-related problems in this winter. Thanks for suggesting those two great remedies. I'm also using five-phos with some benefits.

Can I continue biochemic five-phos along with Phosphorur?

For thin/impoverished semen, can I use Tribulus terrestris or selenium or any other? Which one will be more suitable for my case?

I took 2 doses of Phos. The “easy-excitement-at-slightest-causes” condition slightly improved. However, gas and constipation appeared, and stool color became dark. Nf also aggravated during this period.

I’ve already taken one dose of Nux 200 to antidote it, and the situation has improved.

My symptoms match mostly with phos. And I had great expectations from it. So, I am greatly confused as to why this happened. Anacardiam rather did bring a more positive change.

From my diary, I see that when I was taking Acid Phos 6 and 30 some 5/6 months ago, nf was really relatively low with some other health benefits like better memory, body strength, less sensitivity.

I tried Acid phos 200 along with Dioscorea 200 + Nat phos 6x, and got very good result. Then I took China 30 which rather aggravated the situation, I don't know why.

As night fall has become some kind of a habit, I'm planning to take Acid phos 200 along with Dioscorea 200 + Nat phos 6x for a longer period.

Now, is it safe to take Acid phos 200 for longer period, with gaps?

(Regarding the posts of 2015-03-21 and 2015-03-25, I like to let you know that I could not continue Acid phos because it was not working well after China 30. I eventually took Staphysagria 200 and then switched to 1M. The 1M proved well, and the problem has come under control, so far)

Some days ago, I tried Avena sativa Q. It gives good physical strength and provides good sleep. But the problem is it causes acidity in me.

Is there any way to overcome it? When should it be taken, before or after meal?

In homeopathy, there is a list of hot and cold remedies (as here http://www.homeoint.org/cazalet/gibshotrem.htm). What do these 'cold' and 'hot' mean? DO they heat and cool the body? or something else?

My diet has always been good in my life. But since the seminal loss started, the body gradually became thin and thinner. Recently, though the loss has decreased, still there is no health improvement. It seems that the body has become completely unwilling/unable to absorb the nutrients from the foods eaten. So, everything gets wasted. The condition is something like malnutrition and thin body.

Is there any remedy that can help?

No improvements at all. Most probably it did not suit me.
