You cannot truly be cured by Pulsatilla if you cannot live without it.
The definition of cure in homoeopathy (part of it at least) is that you become independent of the need for treatment.
Not being able to live without a remedy sounds like palliation to me.
Once a remedy has done all its work, you become stronger and move out of the state of the remedy. A remedy cannot cure you and still be needed - it is a contradiction, a paradox that does not exist in reality.
