It would be better not to use orthodox medication alongside the remedies, especially not to suppress possible aggravations UNLESS you are in some kind of danger. Any suppression during the homoeopathic aggravation can actually block the curative response and make it hard to see if the remedy worked.

Ok not holding? Alright take one more dose and let me know if that halts the relapse or pushes the improvement forward again.

My apologies - there are a few Belladonna cases I am managing at the moment on the forum, on different potencies, and I thought for a moment I had given you 30c rather than 200c.
This definitely looks like an aggravation though - this would be a good sign. So we need to wait longer and see if something positive comes out of it.
We can do an assessment now and after an appropriate amount of time has passed from this second dose. I will list your symptoms as you described them, and next to each one write Better, Worse or Same. If better or worse, also write a percentage (%) to represent how much.

Sensation of thick liquid flowing
Waking around 3am
Symptoms intensifying at 3am
Sensation of something hardening
Sensation of a web restricting
Feeling of being forced awake
Thrashing about
Needing to walk about to feel better
Tingling in feet or head
Aching in back of head
Restless sleep with frequent turning
Pain in bones
Crying from pain
Craving for lime water
Quiet and reserved, tend to fade into the background
I realised as I was compiling this list, that I do not have many mental or emotional symptoms for you at all. I have some history of things that have happened to you and how you felt then, but a lot of important information is missing as to your current state. We may need to rectify that before proceeding to a new prescription.
