Migraine in 37 year old woman

Hello. I have suffered from migraines off and on for the past 20 years, mostly in the past 10. Right now, I have had a migraine since yesterday. I am prescribes sumatriptan but hate taking it because of side effects. It is about 1 week before menstruation starts for me. I always get migraines before and during that time of the month.

Thank you

1. What was happening in your life when you first started having episodes of headache at 17 years of age? Did you start taking any pills to hold your periods just before it?
I did start taking birth control pills just before I started my migraines at 17. I was also at a very stressful time in my schooling.

2. Again, when you met your husband at 29 years of age, you started having these headaches. Tell me, does this onset of headaches have any relationship to your periods or cessation of it due to pills etc? What changes happened to your menstrual cycles during this time?
I had stopped birth control pills when I was about 26. And my migraines didnt start back up until I was 29. Since age 26, I have not taken any more birth control pills. There was no change in my menstrual cycle.

3. You said you clench your teeth during sleeping. How is the quality of sleep? Do you feel fine after getting up in the morning? How many times do you generally wake up at night? How do you feel then?
I wake up 3 to 4 times a night. I wear a hard mouth guard to help with the clenching, but when I wake up in the morning, my face and teeth are sore. I have pain in my ears and sometimes wake up with a migraine.
4. Why do you have resentful feelings against your husband?
He is bi-polar, which I didnt find out about until after we married. At certain times in his moods, he is very emotionally abusive. So I feel alot of anger towards him based on his actions towards me.

5. Do you like being in cool or warm environments?
Warm

6. Can you list some 10 adjectives to describe your personality, temperament and your individuality?
Quiet, caring, thoughtful, patient, insecure, sometimes sad, smart, responsible, anxious

7. How long does the headache last when the flow begins? Does it start reducing as soon as the flow begins?
I will get a headache a few days before period starts, it will last 24 to 36 hours. I may get another headache mid-flow that also lasts 24-36 hours. I also get a few random migraines through the month from stress or teeth clenching. Those migraines are less predictable.

8. What do you do for a living and what are your aspirations in life?
I am a stay at home mom. I aspire for happiness but not sure what that looks like. I want to live in the country and have a vegetable garden.

9. What is the reason for your sadness, depression and anxiety?
Mostly insecurity. I am 10 pounds overweight right now and I am very jealous of other women. Especially pretty women my husband works with. He is very flirty and I dont trust him.

10.Do you think you have comparatively higher libido?

11. What time do you generally sleep at night? Do you feel more energetic during night than during the day?
I go to sleep by 11 pm. I do not feel more energetic at night.
12. Do you crave alcohol?
no. I do not drink because it also causes migraines, although I do like to drink, I just cant so I dont.

13. When you dream of being underwater, do you feel suffocated and wake up gasping for breath?
I have woken up gasping for breath before but it is seldom. I usually dream that I can breathe under water.

14. Describe the actual sensation of your left side headaches?
Very sharp pain in temple, like a stabbing pain. Sometimes it starts in my right eye, near my nose, then travels to my left temple.

Please take 2 doses of LACHESIS MUTUS 200C on a single day, each dose 12 hours apart. Take the dose nearly a week before your period start date.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy taken with 10 ml of water in empty stomach. No food or water one hour before or after taking the dose.

You will take 2 doses only on a SINGLE day. Keep a note of all changes in you for the next 10 days and then after two weeks let me know your status.
