I have always been slim. I have gained slightly to what I am now. I should add I have pcos which contributes to these symptoms. I sweat mostly on my lower body and chest at night

you are not sepia. mentally sepia is indifferent even to family members like husband and children. sepia physical problems are different. they suffer from problems like gall stones, prolapse of uterus, habitual constipation , etc. in my opinion you need calcarea carb. take one dose calcarea carb 200 at night. do not take birth control pill in the day you take this medicine. observe for the next three days the effect on bleeding. there may be some aggravation for a day or two after taking the medicine. it is normal and good sign.
