This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I don't know exactly but while waking up in the morning i have headache and little heavyness.

did you have any head injury or fever before the headache and heavy ness ?

No nothing actually i have headache since few days and it will be on middle of the day or end of the day but today i have headache from early morning waking up and this heavyness is new to me. Still i have both of them.

if it does not go by tomorrow take Gelsemium 30 three doses morning, noon and evening.

As you suggested if headache and heaviness doesn't go to take Gelsemium 30 i had taken it today afternoon after taking (one hour) i am getting shivering of my hands like nervous it doesn't never happened to me like that. I will post you the condition of mine after taking the night dose. Please suggest me on this condition.

medicine has acted. so do not take the next dose. did you suffer from any kind of fever in the immediate past?

I have one doubt please clarify i am easily affected with any type of virus something like that. I will get my leg paining without any cause and i will get tired very easily even without much work i think i have less immunity power. Is it right?

yes, your immunity is low. it is however correctable in homeopathy. is there any history of tuberculosis in the family ?

No i don't have any eczema type but i have acne on my face full and my face looks filthy with acne, black dots, puss forming and oily.

Reporting: sir today while waking up in the morning heaviness of head is still there but headache is not there.

fine. as 30 is low power you will have to repeat it sooner. when problems come back take another dose. silicea is a very slow medicine so 30 may work for around 7 days.

Everything is fine but burning in head and morning freshness is not at all there very irritational,Frustation,neck back and shoulder strain at early morning waking time. Today i observed one thing while playing carroms i felt very excited.

Please tell me what are reasons for memory loss cure is there or not upto what extent it will be recovered.

memory loss can occur for many reasons. you can Google and read the details yourself. the treatment and results are however entirely different. recovery varies from person to person so nothing definite can be said before hand.
