erectal dysfunction

I have soft erections and it is very difficult for me to keep an erection for more than 2 min. Even with an erection my penis is soft.


I suffer from varicose viens in both legs, my left leg is slightly swollen compared to my right and because of the blood flow my legs have purple patches that itch and bleed, I do wear compression socks but my condition just gets worse, I also suffer from enlarged prostate, I am 53 years of age.
I do not eat any junk food, my wife cooks healthy food but I do crave sweets. I do not know if this information is important but I do test positive for TB, my doctor said it is because of the vaccine given to me 5 years ago but the virus is dormant?? I do not know how correct this is but this is what I was told

.My skin is very unhealthy and I do have a problem with sleep, I tend to fall asleep without notice during the day, it is very difficult for me to stay awake without taking a few naps throughout the day.

I was given paeira brava which made my condition worse at the point that I urinate in my sleep without noticing?

I have been suffering from enlarged prostate for 6 years. I have burning sensation when urinating, with low urine flow which requires me to strain to start the flow,I have no pain but burning sensation, the symptoms do improve after ejaculation but the improvement only lasts for a day and then the straining the burning start all over again, thirst level is min. although my mouth is more dry and i do urinate about 4 to 5 x daily, and occasionally I do urinate in my sleep this has happened after I have taken the homeopathy remedy paeira brava.
also I am attaching pic of my right leg which is affected from the varicose viens , I did get the remedies by you prescribed and will start first thin in the morning.

I wanted to let you know that my erection is still soft, I was able to ejaculate and my semen was mixed with what appeared to be old blood, what I mean is that the blood was light brown orange tint. ??? can this be from my BPH?
This was only mixed with my semen .

I have prostate enlargement, benign prostatic hyperplasia, I have burning sensation when urinating and no urine flow pressure, my urine flow is very week and I must strain to urinate , I have a week erection and just noticed that I have blood mixed with seminal fluid, I do not have pain but this is the second time that I have noticed such an occurrence. you have prescribed calc flour 8x 3x daily and Hamamelis Virginiana 200c 1x night for my varicose veins.
Dr. is there a remedy to correct my prostate problem?

Hi Dr, I have been taking the remedies by you prescribed and have not seen any improvement regarding my erection and also I still have blood in my semen. As for my varicose veins ,my leg is still very swollen and my varicose eczema has not improved, should I continue with the remedies by you prescribed?
