14 yrs old conscious for height

hello,
i am a14 yrs old boy and very conscious about my height. plz tell me some medicines for this purpose

zinc is a very good supplement to help increase your height, boys tend to need it more than girls. A good herbal supplement that has alot of zinc in it is alfalfa.
