Dear Dr. Mani,
My Sincere gratitude for taking my case with keen interest.
As already informed You, I am already in control of everything by 98%. I.e
1. Before or during first time intercourse, there is no rush at all, nor there is any feeling of impending ejaculation.
2. After entering her, as long as we are not moving i.e whether She or I, I dont ejaculate. Already clocked time of continuing in static stage is 10 minutes during which we generally indulge in fondling etc.
3. However once the movement starts, I ejaculate in less than 10 friction.
4. However in 2nd time of intercourse, I am as good as or better than normal people. Infact I have to work towards ejaculation.
Kindly advise.
P.S# Why I wrote 98% because 1% is the thought that comes before the intercourse i.e whether it is going to be normal or premature and
another 1% is whether this newly found success is temporary or for life long.

Sorry for delay in sending you the updates.
As suggested by You, had taken Kali Phos 6X tablets and there was no change in the situation.
So as of now situation is same i.e No ejaculation as long as We are not moving, once the movement starts I ejaculate. However this is limited only to First time coitus. 2nd time everything is under control and normal.
Also I have Calldadium 1M ready with me and awaiting Your instruction

Had taken Calladium 1M about a week ago and no noticeable changes as of now.
However the other effect i.e No ejaculation as long We are static continues well and in static condition we can continue as long as we want.
So we have almost reached the goal, a little bit is needed and all this is happening for the first time in 20 years.

This is to update You that I had taken Calladium 1M once again but this time in Pellet form and the observations are: 1. During first time of intercourse the number of thrust goes up to 20 before the impending feeling of ejaculation pops up.
2. After controlling breath and stopping for a couple of second, I can repeat this upto 3 time.
3. During 2nd time of intercourse, things are either completely normal or close to be called completely normal.
Kindly suggest if we have to wait for more time to see improvement or we repeat the medicine.

I have have or for most of my life. Homepathy has helped but recently I began taking taurine and after a few weeks ive noticed lots of pleasure and little urge to ejaculate. The taurine has improved my performance a lot. With the homepathy it did help but this by far helped the most. Taurine is a relaxent and the first day I took it, it knocked me out. so I think it relaxes the muscles that trigger ejaculation. In my case the pleasure was intense and couldn't stop moaning. Why use a spray to feel nothing? Homepathy did help me but nothing like this.
