Severe headache, spotted vision, nausea, photosensitivity

Yesterday morning, I had my usual cup of green tea. I also ate a bagel with cream cheese. About an a hour and a half later, I was walking around and started to see spots in my vision. Then, a half hour into it, I started to get a bad headache. The lights in the room started to bother me, so I dimmed them down. I also felt very nauseous. It felt so bad that I took half the day off of work. I went home and slept for a few hours, and this seemed to help a lot.

It's the next day, and while I feel better, I still feel like I have a little bit of a headache - maybe from sleeping too much? I remember having this episode one time about a year ago. And this, I am almost certain, was triggered by drinking a red bull energy drink for breakfast on an empty stomach.

So, I think this might have been triggered from the green tea drink for breakfast. In addition, the night before, I was in the gym and sweated out a considerable amount from my workout as well as my sitting in the sauna. When I came home that night, I drank a 16 oz. serving of green tea matcha from jamba juice. Maybe I had an overload of green tea mixed in with dehydration from working out???

Or, could this also be a side effect of taking silicea (30C) and staphysagria (200C). I have been taking the Staphysagria consistently for a little less than a month now. I will stop the silicea 30 C today, but it seems to be helping with the reduction of my chalazions - which are virtually gone by now.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. . . sorry for the long post.

Thanks,

Robert

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedy for a headache triggered by sensitivity to light is Glonoine 30c. Dose 3 globules taken as early as possible after the attack and repeated in 3 hours if the headache does not subside with the first dose which it usually does.

You should use sun glasses to avoid the incidence of your headaches and the other discomfort triggered by strong light

You are also advised to take Arnica 6c in the liquid dose daily last thing at night to keep your chalazions away. Arnica helps by increasing the blood flow in the capillaries and ensures that the chalazions do not form on the eyelids.

Type styes in the "Search Forums" window on the left for more information on treatment that I and others have made on this forum.

Here is the method to make a liquid dose:

Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Pour out 100ml
Put in 3 globules or 1 drop if you have the liquid remedy.
Hit the bottle hard on your palm or a cushion and watch for the water to fizzle like when you open a bottle of soda.
Sip a teaspoonful twice daily.

Joe, I just received 4 vials of Arnica 30 C. Could I use these instead of ordering and waiting for the 6 C pellets? Now, with the 30 C, do I dissolve 3 of those little pellets in the 400 ml aliquot of water, and then drink 2 teaspoons a day?

thanks much,

rob

Yes the Arnica 30c is also acceptable.

You insert 3 globules into the 450ml water and sip a teaspoonful twice daily morning and last thing at night after succussing the bottle by shaking it vigorously to create bubbles.
